It is possible to define the access rights delegation settings to enable the delegation profile maintenance to everyone, people with specific function rights, or disable the delegation function entirely.
To define the delegation settings, function right 186 – Maintain delegation settings is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.

Clear the check box to disallow a user to view Person (Specific) documents (documents with security level 100) of the person whom the user has delegated to. By default, this check box is selected.
